המלון ממוקם 10 דקות הליכה מהמרכז. הוא מאוד נעים. החדר לזוג היה סטנדרטי. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בסדר, עם אפשרויות לאכול. השירות היה מקסים, כל מה שנדרש היה זמין לעזרה.

Отель расположен на холме рядом с храмом Троицы. Вид из люкса просто потрясающий. Персонал внимательный, а ресторан на верхней террасе отличный. Рекомендуется заранее резервировать места. Блюда вкусные, коктейли интересные. Завтрак в отеле немного скромный, но можно найти что-то поесть.

The stay was decent overall, but there were a few areas that needed improvement. The reception staff were not very friendly; both the young man and the woman at the front desk seemed disinterested. The pillows in the room were too high and uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep well.

A peculiar situation arose during check-out when we were asked to wait while someone went upstairs to check the room. I travel frequently and have never encountered this before.

Breakfast was okay, but I really missed having a proper coffee machine. We also went to the restaurant upstairs for tea and desserts. The desserts took about 15 minutes to arrive, but the tea came another 10 minutes later, making the experience feel a bit chaotic. Overall, my impression was mixed rather than truly enjoyable.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I left my bag containing 3,000 AED in cash and some personal items in the room after checking out, and I am sure it was there. When I reached out to the hotel, they told me nothing had been found. I appreciate that the hotel manager, Magda, was helpful and allowed me to check the CCTV footage and look through the room again.

Unfortunately, my bag was never returned, which made me feel very uncomfortable and upset. Even though management tried to assist me, losing personal items in a hotel should be taken very seriously.

I can't be certain about what happened, but I strongly recommend that future guests be extremely cautious with their belongings and avoid leaving valuables unattended, even for a moment. This incident has completely shattered my trust in the hotel.

We stayed for four days in April with family, and I have a lot to say:
1. The hotel is very stylish and modern, with spacious rooms.
2. Breakfast was decent, although some items were repetitive, there were also new options daily. However, it's odd to have to pay extra for egg dishes or different types of coffee, and you also have to pay for additional coffee capsules. These little things felt strange.
3. The location is quite isolated, with nothing around it. The streets lack infrastructure, so you either need to use a rideshare service or take a 10-minute walk to find food or markets.
4. We spent two days figuring out how to change the TV provider.
5. The Wi-Fi was terrible—there was no connection at all.
6. The staff seemed inexperienced, as they didn't interact well with guests. When we complained about noisy metal windows that kept us awake, nothing was done. The next night, when I asked about it, they told me no technician was available. When I expressed concern about not sleeping again, they simply said yes. This was very frustrating. We lost sleep for two out of four nights over an issue that could have been fixed quickly.
7. The restaurant was a nice addition.

호텔은 작지만 깔끔하고 언덕에 위치해 있습니다. 버스에서 짐을 내릴 때 조심해야 합니다. 와이파이는 비밀번호가 필요하고, 전기 주전자가 있습니다. 엘리베이터는 로비를 보고 오른쪽에 있으며, 로비는 1층, 식당은 0층에 있습니다. 조식은 8시부터 제공됩니다. 호텔에서 도보로 2-3분 거리에 삼위일체 성당이 있고, 트빌리시 시내를 잘 내려다볼 수 있는 위치입니다. 5분 거리에 마트도 몇 개 있고, 소규모 과일 시장도 있습니다. 치안은 나빠 보이지 않지만, 가로등이 많지 않아 일몰 후에는 3명 이상 짝을 지어 다니는 것이 좋습니다.
