Konumu harika, odalar temiz. Diş fırçası, saç kurutma makinesi ve ütü mevcut. Sessiz ve kaliteli bir otel ama ilk gün odamızda sadece 1 terlik vardı. İki terlik daha istediğimizde resepsiyon görevlilerinin "şimdi mi?!" tepkisini aldık. Evet, şimdi deyince söylenerek aradılar ama bulamadılar; oda numaramızı verip sonra bırakacaklarmış. Ayrıca odadaki televizyon çalışmıyordu ama bunu bir türlü anlayamadılar. "Nasıl çalışmaz? Açılmıyor mu?" gibi tuhaf sorular sordular. Sonunda, kanalların olmadığını fark etmek istediler ve IT’ye yönlendireceklerini söylediler. 4 gündür kimse gelmedi. Marriott gibi büyük bir zincir otel için bu durum pek hoş değil. Bunlar dışında başka bir problem yok.

לאנשים מבוגרים כדאי לבדוק אם יש מקלחון במקום אמבטיה, כי מעקה האמבטיה מאוד גבוה ולא נוח לקשישים. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה, הצוות היה אדיב ושירותי, והבריכה הייתה מקום נחמד לסיים את היום.

Overall, it's a good place, but if your room overlooks Liberty Square, it can get a bit noisy.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic, and the location is excellent. The hotel itself is pleasant, but we missed breakfast, so I can't comment on that. They stored our luggage while we explored Kazbegi and we returned for another stay later. We had a room with a view of Freedom Square, which was wonderful! Given its location and the service provided, I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Tbilisi.

Overall, my stay was disappointing. Even though the hotel has a no-smoking policy, my room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The shower had good water pressure, but the temperature kept changing, making it hard to take a comfortable shower. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during my two-night stay, and it seemed like other guests were having the same problem. Breakfast was very basic with limited choices. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The location is amazing! It's right on Freedom Square, close to museums, with plenty of dining and bar options, and an easy stroll to Old Town. The hotel offers all the amenities you could need, including a tasty breakfast, pool, fitness center, and sauna. The rooms are great, but it's the friendly and helpful staff that really make the stay special. A big thank you to Medea and Ana for going the extra mile to take care of us and making us feel so welcome!
