Carousel Hotel — სასტუმრო

In June 2026, our family had a stay at a hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia, and it was honestly one of our worst experiences. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful right from the start. After a long journey, we just wanted to check in and unwind, but the service was lacking.

We had booked three rooms, and none of them were properly prepared. We encountered numerous problems, including dirty sheets with mold stains and hair, missing pillowcases, a broken fridge, insufficient towels, no bottled water, a filthy mattress outside one room, towels left on a luggage bench, and very dirty carpeting.

When we requested clean pillowcases and extra towels, we were told that housekeeping had already left for the day, so nothing could be done. We were left without even the basic necessities for the night.

Overall, the hotel did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or hospitality. With the dirty bedding, missing linens, broken amenities, and unhelpful staff, our stay was very disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve their cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Those who rated it 4 or 5 stars are likely staff or being compensated for their reviews.

The rooms are spacious and conveniently located near important places. However, the lobby is quite small, the breakfast doesn't meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel, and we discovered a water heater inside the room that was dirty and had a foul smell.
