Bardzo polecam ten hotel! Obsługa jest niezwykle miła i pomocna, pokoje sprzątane są codziennie, a śniadania są pyszne. Największym atutem jest pokój z widokiem na miasto - widok jest przepiękny! ♥️

Отель отличный, в нем тихо, не слышно машин. Постельное белье чистое, матрасы и подушки удобные. Завтраки очень вкусные! Администратор Роман всегда был готов помочь с любыми вопросами. Удобное месторасположение в центре старого города! Когда снова буду в Тбилиси, обязательно вернусь!

Чистые номера! Вкусные завтраки! Персонал дружелюбный и гостеприимный! Очень тепло и уютно! Прекрасный вид из окна!

My stay was excellent, and the receptionist Rashid was very friendly and always available to help with my requests, no matter the time of day. I highly recommend this hotel!

Останавливался в этом отеле с 27 по 30 мая. Очень хороший отель, дружелюбный персонал, вкусный завтрак. Тихо, уютно и чисто. Очень рекомендую!

The hotel is quite nice and offers good views, but the overall service is lacking. The terrace, which was a major reason for our booking, was closed and we weren't notified beforehand. Upon arrival, there were no towels available, and we had to wait two hours to receive them. Additionally, the bed was made with a sheet that was too small. The staff did not apologize for these basic issues, which are expected in hotel management.

Otel harika bir konumda bulunuyor. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve Türkçe bilmeleri bizim için çok önemliydi. Reşat Bey bize çok yardımcı oldu. Odalar temizdi ve kahvaltı da güzeldi. Otelin manzarası da oldukça iyiydi. 🙏🏻

The hotel has a fantastic asset in Rashid and Turan. 😄 These two truly enhance the hotel's atmosphere with their friendliness, helpfulness, and genuine kindness. They definitely inspired me to write a better review than I initially intended. ❤️

Now, let me share a memorable moment — my girlfriend wanted to keep her phone “safe” while we were in the jacuzzi and somehow dropped it behind the entire jacuzzi setup. 😅 Most people would probably just say “goodbye phone,” but these guys actually started taking apart parts of the jacuzzi just to retrieve it. And they succeeded! No kidding, it felt like a scene from Fast & Furious: Georgian Jacuzzi Edition. 😂

Honestly, the management should consider giving these guys a raise for handling our jacuzzi mishap. 😄

The hotel offers stunning views and has a great vibe, but it could use some more attention to detail. We found no towels in our room, the toilet seat was in rough shape 😄, and there were cobwebs and dirty windows around the jacuzzi. Plus, there was some construction noise from the neighboring room, giving parts of our stay a bit of a punk rock feel.

That said, I don't want any of this to reflect poorly on the staff. They were fantastic and clearly doing their best. I’m a bit of a punk myself, so I didn’t mind enough to complain during our stay. 😄 I just think the management should focus a bit more on maintenance and details, as this place really has the potential to be something special.

A big thank you again to Rashid and Turan. Without them, we might have enjoyed the view, but we would have lost a phone. 😂
