This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. The hotel has essentially turned into a hostel for Indian students, but their treatment of us is completely unacceptable. We paid for two months of accommodation, yet during our vacation, we were not allowed to keep our belongings in our own rooms. They removed all our personal items without our consent and put them in storage, claiming it was for “renovation.” In reality, they were giving our rooms to short-term guests to make more money.
Imagine paying for a room and then being told you can’t leave your things there. That’s unfair and disrespectful. The food quality also declined significantly. At first, it was decent, but later we were served watery chicken curry and low-quality meals. It felt like once they had our money, they no longer cared about the standards.
The worst part was returning from my vacation to find many of my personal belongings missing—plugs, shoes, and other items. Things I had bought with my own money just disappeared. When your belongings are taken from your room and put into storage without proper supervision, and then items go missing, it’s hard not to feel robbed.
As students living abroad, we expect basic security, honesty, and respect. Instead, we were treated like temporary inconveniences while they prioritized short-term guests. I would not recommend this place to any student. It’s incredibly disappointing, unprofessional, and the management is untrustworthy. - A
