As an experienced traveler, I've never faced such disrespect before. The air conditioning in my room was broken, which really ruined my stay. I was prepared to give a 1-star rating and write a detailed account of what happened.

But after I received a refund, I had a change of heart. The problem was significant, but the staff's efforts to rectify the situation made me realize they weren't as bad as I initially thought.

The worst experience I've had at a hotel. I know it's a 3-star place, but I wouldn't suggest anyone stay here, and I'm planning to contact Expedia about it.

We booked this hotel for five nights and added an extra night because we were arriving early on May 27, expecting the room to be ready.

They assigned us room 505. Upon entering, there was a strong, unpleasant odor. Initially, we thought it was due to a dirty bathroom. After exploring the town and returning that night, we realized the smell was raw sewage from the drains.

The next morning, we asked the receptionist for a room change. To our surprise, he said they were aware of the issue and had poured chemicals down the drains, assuring us it would be fine by that evening. I was baffled as to why we were given that room if they already knew there was a problem.

When we returned, the smell was still there. The following morning, we went back to the receptionist, and he said no other room was available. He then called two staff members, who came to our room and claimed the odor was just because I had turned off the bathroom ventilation. They said they couldn't smell anything and implied I was exaggerating.

I explained that even if the ventilation had been on, it wouldn’t have worked because the electricity shuts off when the room card is removed. I insisted on either a refund or a room change, threatening to escalate the matter with Expedia. His response was dismissive, saying I could do what I wanted, that there was no refund, and that he wouldn’t change our room because there was no issue.

When we returned that night, housekeeping had opened all the windows and the patio door, which felt more like an attempt to cover up the problem rather than fix it.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 3 days, and I was really let down by the first night because the air conditioning wasn't working. They moved me to another room at 10:30 PM, but it was still not a good room; the door was broken, and I had no other options. The service was poor, and the staff were not friendly.

Это очень хороший отель! Я попросил их оставить мой чемодан на 3 часа, пока я гулял, и они сделали это бесплатно!

Otelin kötü kalitesini geçtim, en büyük sorun dolandırıcılık. 9 Mart'ta giriş yaptık, 10 Mart'ta çıktık. Odayı girişte kredi kartımla peşin ödedim ama döndükten 2 gün sonra yine o otelden 190 lira, Türk parasıyla yaklaşık 3.500 lira daha işlem yapıldı. Bunun ne olduğunu sorduğumda, mailime cevap veren yok. Eğer oraya gidip paramla rezil olmak istiyorsanız, buyurun.

The room was tidy, comfortable, and lovely. Since I traveled to Tbilisi for work, having a table was a great benefit. The service was excellent, staff were courteous, and the cleaning was done daily.

Затишний готель в престижному районі Тбілісі. Усе чисто, постільна білизна нова і свіжа, рушники теж нові, в номері є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Є чайник, холодильник, фен, одноразові зубні щітки (іноді забуваю, тому це дуже зручно). Також є підставка для валізи.

Şimdiye kadar kaldığım en kötü otel. Lüks gibi görünen ama aslında çok kötü bir yer. Odalar aşırı soğuk. Klima kontrolleri çalışmıyor, kumandası yok. Birkaç kez bildirdik ama bir çalışan gelip bir şeyler yaptıktan sonra bile oda yine buz gibi kaldı. Personel oldukça ilgisiz. Turla geldik ve evli çiftleri iki ayrı yataklı odalara yerleştirmişler. Biz 3 kişiydik, bir çift kişilik yatak ve oturma grubundaki kanepeyi yatak yaptılar. Kahvaltı tamamen yetersizdi. Masalarda tuzluk bile yoktu. Tabak, çatal gibi şeyleri az sayıda koyuyorlar, sürekli istemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Konaklayan sayısına göre sıcak su ve kahve de yoktu, hemen tükeniyordu. Yani her şey çok kötüydü. Ayrıca otelde böcekler vardı.
