Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) My stay from May 10-14, 2025, was extremely disappointing. Here are the problems I faced:

Broken Air Conditioning: I wasn't told at check-in that the AC had been broken for days. The room was unbearably hot in the afternoon. When I complained, they said the AC was off due to expected cool weather. After several complaints, I was informed a technician would come only the next day. I spent the night without AC, and their only suggestion was to leave the balcony door open.

Phone Not Working: The room phone was out of order, so I had to go down to the reception every time an issue arose, which was incredibly inconvenient.

Unhelpful Staff: The front desk was unresponsive and claimed they couldn’t turn on the AC or give me a refund because of hotel policy. I asked for a refund due to the poor conditions, but they refused and didn't offer a solution. The manager was either on vacation or unavailable, and they didn't answer the front desk's calls.

Poor Customer Service: Despite these issues, the staff seemed indifferent and did nothing useful. Their attitude was disappointing, especially considering the brand's reputation. Only after involving the local police did I receive a full refund. This experience ruined my trip, and I strongly advise others to look for different accommodations in Tbilisi.

I expected much better service from such a well-known brand and hope the issues are resolved to prevent future complaints.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are roomy. It's located within walking distance from the city center. The breakfast buffet could use some improvement. Overall, a pleasant experience.

We spent three nights there. The location was convenient, the rooms were tidy, and the staff was welcoming.

I traveled for medical reasons and needed a hotel with all the necessary amenities to feel comfortable. I encountered an issue with my door key, but the reception staff kindly and promptly resolved it by changing my room. Unfortunately, I couldn't watch TV as it never worked and the technician didn't come before I left, but it turned out I didn't need it after all. The reception team was always polite and helpful, which is why I rate them 5 stars. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I also recommend the restaurant; the complimentary breakfast was tasty. I recommend this place.

The hotel is located about 2.5 kilometers from the city center. The rooms are nice, but the breakfast selection could be better.

The rooms are extremely small with barely any space for luggage. The bathrooms are just as tiny and don't have jet sprays or bidets, plus there's no mirror in the room. The air conditioning is ineffective. The breakfast is disappointing; the only vegetarian choices are raw cucumbers and tomatoes. Everything, even the milk, is served cold and you can't get it hot, even if you ask. Food items aren't labeled, so you have to find staff, who are often not around during breakfast. The hotel isn't in a central location, contrary to what its name implies. Overall, it's not good value for money, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Fantastic place to stay! The location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially George and Lizi. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the furniture and facilities are really nice. Highly recommended!

My stay at this hotel was dreadful. I was shocked by the poor standards. The room lacked a telephone and adapter ports, and the bed linens were in bad shape. When I requested an adapter, the staff's response was surprising—they said there was nothing they could do because there were no ports available. After a long wait, they finally handed me an adapter with a cable and told me to return it to the reception when finished. On top of that, my room was cleaned only once during my 5-night stay. As someone in the hospitality industry, I can affirm that this place is not worth the money. Even breakfast was extremely disappointing.

The room was small but clean and cozy. I was very frustrated that I couldn't get the breakfast that was supposed to be included in my stay. The breakfast service was supposed to start at 8:00, but by 8:30, they only had some salads available. This was crucial for me because I had a long journey afterward. There was no manager around to address the issue, so it couldn't be resolved. Although the stay was otherwise comfortable, this incident spoiled my overall impression.

I've stayed there twice. It's a lovely and peaceful spot. Don’t miss booking here if you’re planning to visit Tbilisi. Located near Gigi Varazdatovich Garden and Vasil Barnov, it's a quiet area with magical mornings in this part of the city.

Wonderful hotel with a stunning view from the Barnovi suite. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in very late at night. It's just a 10-15 minute taxi ride to all the main attractions, yet still within the city. I would definitely recommend visiting again. It would be great to have more vegetarian options for international guests.

The photos online and on the booking site don't quite match reality. The place isn't very close to the city center (Freedom Square). The rooms are decent, and breakfast is good. The reception staff could focus more on the guests' needs.

В местах отдыха тоже чистота идеальная, хотя и немного тесновато. Но если вы приезжаете в Тбилиси в отпуск, вам не нужно много времени проводить в комнате. Отель находится в шаговой доступности от главной улицы Тбилиси и примерно в 40 минутах ходьбы от площади Свободы. Это один из лучших отелей, где я останавливался, и надеюсь вернуться сюда снова.

After my flight, I stayed briefly to rest before a long drive to Gudauri. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, with an incredibly comfortable bed. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the staff were very welcoming.

The location is fantastic. It's near a market with the finest cafes in the western area.

The rooms are fantastic - they are roomy and come with great amenities like a fridge, kettle, a comfortable work desk, plenty of wardrobe space for clothes, a nice bathroom, and a balcony. Breakfast is decent, but nothing special. My only complaint is about the cleaning service. During my 7-day stay, housekeeping only visited once.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption wurde gut Englisch gesprochen und man war hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Hotel machte insgesamt einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und der Internetempfang war hervorragend.

Отель отличный. Хотя это вторая гостиница этой сети, которую я посетил, уровень здесь немного ниже, чем в той, что в Дубае. В отеле нет спортзала, бассейна и развлечений — только проживание. Персонал всегда вежливый и дружелюбный, особенно девушки на ресепшене и официантка с рыжими волосами, которая всегда улыбается. Расположение не самое центральное, до активностей Тбилиси примерно 15 минут, но рядом есть кафе, цветочный и продуктовый магазины. Есть биде. Из минусов: развлечений нет, обслуживание иногда медленное, и в наличии только один лифт.

The location is acceptable, situated more than 300-400 meters from the nearest bus stop and about a kilometer from the metro. There aren't many dining options nearby.

The breakfast selection was limited, but it was enough to satisfy morning hunger. Using a Bolt (car app) from here is an inexpensive way to get around.

This hotel lets guests bring pets and then leave them alone in the rooms while they go out. Tonight, a dog next door keeps barking non-stop, disturbing my wife’s sleep before our early morning flight. RULE 1: Don’t let pet owners leave their pets unattended for hours. What is this place, a kennel?

Остановились здесь на одну ночь. Комната небольшая и производит впечатление, что ей нужен ремонт. Завтраки, напротив, очень вкусные и по системе "шведский стол". Персонал внимательный и профессиональный.

The staff are friendly, but just like in other places in Tbilisi, mask-wearing isn't taken seriously. Even those serving food don't have their masks on properly! The rooms are tidy, but the beds could be more comfortable.
