I did not enjoy my stay at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

304 numaralı odada konakladık. Nehir ve şehir manzarası harikaydı. Tepedeki park görünüyordu. Tam merkezde, turistik yerlere çok yakın bir konumda. 1 dakikada kapınıza Bolt veya Yandex geliyor. The hotel features a modern design and a great location. While some staff members are friendly, others are less so. Breakfast is decent, and the beds are somewhat comfortable. The main issue is the building's layout; all the doors open into a triangular corridor, and it doesn’t have good soundproofing. Our three-night stay was marred by noise from outside that disturbed our sleep nearly every night. It’s a good option for a short stay of 1-2 nights, but longer visits might not be as restful. The price is reasonable for what you get.

The hotel is very clean and peaceful. The management team provides a great experience for the guests.

My experience with this hotel was quite disappointing. After I made a reservation, my flight schedule changed, so I reached out to the hotel to ask for a free cancellation. They agreed and confirmed that a refund would be processed in a few days.

However, I never received the refund. When I checked back, the hotel said Booking.com was holding the payment and advised me to contact them. Meanwhile, Booking.com's customer service told me the issue was with the hotel.

Both sides kept passing the blame, and no one helped solve the problem. This lack of accountability and coordination was incredibly frustrating. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

The hotel needs some upkeep. The towels were old, grayish, and torn. The bedsheets and topper were clean, but I felt uneasy about what was underneath them 😫; the mattress was quite dirty. A waterproof mattress cover would be a good idea. The walls were also very dirty.
