Отель расположен в историческом районе города, прямо в сердце туристической зоны. Завтраки очень вкусные, а персонал всегда вежливый.

This review is subjective and based on my visit to room 1 on 28.9.2019. I suspect similar issues might exist in other rooms. I stayed in room number 1, located in the basement. There was a small window 2.60 meters high, impossible to open or get fresh air from it. Initially, the toilet seat was completely broken, but after a small discussion, it was replaced.

The more I looked around, the more problems I found. The room was worn down, and the wood in the bathroom had severe water stains. The toilet paper had already been wet by previous users, and I had to discard half of it. The wallpaper near the bed was shabby and dirty, with numerous tears. The floor lamp was leaning like the Tower of Pisa. The doorknob was held together with adhesive tape from the inside, and the lock didn’t work properly, so I had to leave the door open.

It's not a terrible hotel if location is the only concern. It's right in the middle of everything, but you pay the same price as other nearby hotels without getting air conditioning or breakfast. In my opinion, it's a poor deal. This place doesn't represent typical Tbilisi hotels and doesn't deserve three stars, especially without actual windows.

The hotel seems more suited for backpackers and hostel guests. The impression is that these are the main customers. There are crumpled, dirty signs in the rooms and at the front desk with prices like 1 lari for water, 2 for coffee, 15 for laundry, and a 25 lari fine for smoking in the room.

Paying 60 lari per night without breakfast for such poor conditions is disappointing. They initially refused to repair the broken toilet seat, even though I had a theater visit planned. They offered me a room with a small bed, which I couldn’t accept due to my height. When I returned, they had repaired the seat, but the overall impression of the hotel and room remained unsatisfactory. I decided to leave but the front desk refused to refund me. They called the manager, and eventually, I involved the police to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, communication was difficult as staff barely spoke English. They couldn’t even issue a proper invoice. Only the manager could do that, and promised to send it by email later.

In my opinion, the hotel should have checked the room for errors or defects before releasing it to guests. This was not the case for room number 1. I strongly advise others to find a better hotel with included breakfast, air conditioning, and definitely, windows that open.

Я забронировал номер с большой террасой. Приехав поздно вечером, узнал, что бронь не прошла. На мои письма не ответили. Номера с террасой не оказалось, и мне предложили крошечный номер по той же цене. Куда идти в такое время? Похоже, что номер с террасой был продан заранее. Расположение оказалось неудобным.

It's more like a house than a hotel. Considering the price and location, it's alright. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is really old, and the staff aren't friendly. They don't speak English at all. The room is outdated, small, with a pink bathroom that's barely functional. The shower is weak, but there is hot water. I don't recommend staying here, and we left after one night.

Странное место. Уборка оставляет желать лучшего: пыль и паутина в некоторых местах. Вайфай и сотовая связь в подвале почти не работают. В изначально предложенной комнате сильно пахло сыростью. Персонал оказался не очень приветливым. Расположение никакое. Цена за номер — 60 лари, и за эти деньги можно найти более интересные варианты. Есть места на том же холме у Руставели, где за ту же цену будет хороший вайфай, завтрак и вид на город. Рекомендую поискать другой вариант. К тому же, моё бронирование отменили уже после заселения, на следующий день. Возможно, завышенная цена и нежелание платить букингу сопутствуют этому. В общем, ставлю 2. Всего хорошего.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Booking'deki resimlere kanmayın, gerçekte göründüğü gibi değil. Otel değil, hostelden farkı yok.

This is the worst place I've ever stayed at! It looks nothing like the photos. The location is completely different from what the map and images suggested. They lost our reservation and didn't even try to help us find another hotel. It's the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
