ჰოსტელი "Hostel Nomad"

I had a wonderful time at the hostel! Everything was comfortable and very clean. It's conveniently located near the funicular to Mtatsminda Park. The staff were friendly and professional. Thank you very much! Bruno Fr.

The hostel has a cozy vibe with a good layout, but there are significant problems with service and noise levels. It feels more like a shared apartment that has been turned into a European-style hostel. The beds are comfy, with privacy curtains and towels provided. A big plus is the women's bathroom, although some men still used the showers there. The living room and balcony are nice. Special shoutout to Inga, the receptionist, for her warm welcome and professionalism.

Cons:
1. There are no quiet hours. Guests, mainly Russians, stay up drinking and moving around until 1:00-2:00 AM. The creaky wooden floors make it impossible to sleep if your bed is near the door. The hostel really needs a quiet hours rule from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, like many European hostels have.
2. Odd fines. You're not allowed to wash small personal items yourself, and there’s a 10 GEL charge for using the iron or dryer. Breaking this rule comes with threats of a fine.
3. Cleanliness is lacking. Rooms and common areas aren’t cleaned daily, and trash bins were overflowing for two days. It feels like they rely on guests removing shoes at the entrance to create a façade of cleanliness, while actual housekeeping is neglected.
4. Poor management. I had an unpleasant experience regarding my online payment through Booking.com. The second receptionist, who claimed to be the owner, spoke to me unprofessionally and demanded payment despite my bank receipt. It was shocking when she said, "You need to sort this out, write to Booking." Why should guests deal with the hostel’s booking issues? It turned out to be a problem with their virtual card, and the owner seemed disappointed when she realized she couldn't charge me again. This left a very negative impression.

The entire place was incredibly clean, the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed at. Prices were reasonable, and the owner was nice. It's perfect for budget travelers, but remember to bring your own toiletries. It's better to book outside the county for more convenience, especially since there are a lot of options available.

This is not your average backpacker's hostel. Most guests here are digital nomads. The location is fantastic, with excellent access to the main attractions in the city. The woman who runs the place keeps it spotlessly clean. Overall, it's a delightful place to stay in Tbilisi.

10/10. Хозяин и персонал постоянно следят за чистотой в этом хостеле. Кровать очень удобная, с приватными шторами, а в комнате невероятно чисто — можно не бояться клопов. Полностью оборудованная кухня. Здесь всё просто отлично.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Удивительный опыт проживания: атмосфера теплая и уютная, оформление интерьера на высшем уровне, а приветливый персонал создаёт ощущение домашнего уюта. Отличное месторасположение позволяет без труда исследовать город. Общие зоны удобно обустроены для общения с другими путешественниками. Сотрудники всегда готовы помочь, с улыбкой рекомендуется, что посмотреть в Тбилиси. Настоящее открытие, без сомнений вернусь!

Mükemmel bir yer, şimdiye kadar kaldığım en rahat yataklar burada. Odalar konforlu, ortak alanlar çok hoş, balkon harika. Kesinlikle öneriyorum.

Warm atmosphere, friendly host, excellent location.

В этом месте меня искусали клопы, больше 40 укусов. Насекомых там огромное количество. Нашлась другая постоялица с такой же бедой, и нам пришлось проводить ночь на веранде. Но и там клопы были. Пришлось уехать, но деньги за следующий день не вернули. Спасибо, что обработали мои вещи парогенератором, надеюсь, что не перенесла этих тварей дальше. Обработали и кровать, но учитывая количество клопов, вряд ли это поможет.
