They kicked me out for using my laptop in the lobby, really rude behavior.

The food at the restaurant is really good. The deep-fried mushrooms are super tasty! They even have a wine room where you can taste and purchase wine!

If you enjoy photography, this place is worth a visit.

The facilities are decent, but the service from the staff needs significant improvement. Every time we approached the counter, the staff seemed unfriendly, often chatting amongst themselves or lounging on the couch, which left a negative impression.

We had booked an extra night at the counter, and the staff assured us everything was fine. However, on our last night, we returned exhausted only to find out there had been a mistake and our room wasn't booked. As a couple, we ended up in a bunk bed room despite superior rooms being available. No upgrade or proper solution was provided at midnight, which is what I would expect from a decent hotel.

The breakfast service was also disappointing and very slow. I waited 15 minutes for an Americano, even though it was one of the pricier coffees in the city. Additionally, the washing machines were out of order, leading to further delays for guests.

Overall, while the facilities are good, the service and organization really need to be addressed.

The hostel is quite large! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great with nice people around. However, the rooms could use some improvement as they were a bit smelly and not very special. Still, I would recommend it for a short stay if you're looking for a social vibe! 😊

Absolutely amazing interior!

We spent a night in a bunk-bed room (€45) and were really impressed with the value. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus during the summer.

The location is fantastic too. With cafés, bars, and plenty of common areas available, it's easy to relax or even get some work done at the café downstairs. It’s a vibrant place that still feels comfortable.

One small suggestion would be to update some of the shower heads, as they’re starting to show wear, leading to water spraying in all directions and lower pressure, which makes showers less enjoyable.

Overall, everything was great. Excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. 5/5.

Tolle Atmosphäre und schönes Design. Die Lage ist ideal für Erkundungen zu Fuß in alle Richtungen, in einem großartigen Stadtviertel. Der Service könnte jedoch freundlicher sein.
