Outstanding food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. The khinkali here is the best in the city.

The experience was quite disappointing. The food was honestly bad and not worth the cost. The khinkali was very basic, but the eggplant dish was the real problem.

I love eggplant and had previously tried the same dish at another restaurant in Tbilisi, so I had a comparison. This one was genuinely awful. I could barely finish one and a half pieces before I had to stop. I rarely leave food on my plate, but this was one of those rare occasions where I just couldn't eat anymore.

The service was not any better. When I arrived, the staff hardly acknowledged me. When I asked to be seated, they inquired if I had a reservation, even though there were many empty tables.

Once I was seated, no one seemed interested in bringing the menu or taking my order. Later, when I mentioned that the food tasted terrible, they didn't seem to care and just brought the bill.

If you value good food and service, I would not recommend this place.

The overall experience could be greatly improved with some changes. There are plenty of servers, but upon arrival, no one greets you or assists with finding a table. It would help if someone checked in after about 5–10 minutes to see if you're ready to order.

The food was mostly very good. The khachapuri, Georgian salad, new potatoes, kababi, and tkemali stood out as excellent. However, the mtsvadi was hit or miss. It was fantastic one day, which is why I returned with friends the next day, but unfortunately, it was dry and overcooked that time, which was disappointing. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he just replied, “OK.” 😁

Service standards seem to be quite low in Georgia. Waitstaff rarely smile, don’t ask for feedback on the food, and don’t put in much effort to help if there's an issue. It often feels like they’re not fully engaged in their work. I had to ask multiple times for the bill before it was finally brought. Additionally, no one thanked us for our visit or said goodbye when we left.

I wasn't too upset about it, as it felt more like a lack of training and customer service culture rather than indifference. The restaurant has great food and a lot of potential, but the service experience really needs improvement.

Еда не впечатлила. Вкус был какой-то невнятный. Атмосфера тоже оставляла желать лучшего. Ребёнку принесли стульчик, который был рваным и грязным, было опасно его туда садить. Заказали супы, но они были просто водой с несколькими жесткими кусочками мяса. В одном супе было всего 4 кубика мяса и бульон, а харчо вообще трудно было понять, потому что есть с чем сравнить.

Food is excellent, but the service is really lacking. 🤦
