Is it standard practice for your managers to reach into a customer's food bag while they're eating to take back an item mistakenly included? This happened today at the Wendy's in Liberty Square, Tbilisi, because the manager "needed it for another order." It's gross, unhygienic, and very rude. Please address this issue.

We went outside to enjoy our food and noticed we received extra fries. We weren't going to complain since my wife and I are short on cash and had to share one order anyway. The manager came out to give us the ketchup they forgot, saw the extra fries, and reached into our bag to take them back. I asked why, and she said they needed them for another order. I had ordered fries even though we could barely afford it so we could have a filling meal, yet she took the fries we were already eating. If she could fill another order right after, she could have done the same for the one she needed. It's absurd. If you can't afford to give out extra fries, then don't do it at all. Mistakes on your end shouldn't create problems for customers enjoying their meal.

I was really looking forward to trying this fast food restaurant since it used to be my favorite in the USA. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. The French fries weren't good, and the burgers were below average. On the positive side, the service was quick and efficient.

This is one of the top fast-food spots I've been to. The sandwich is slightly smaller compared to those in the USA.

I dropped by for a quick bite and got a junior meal. The fries were tasteless and lacked seasoning, but the junior bacon cheeseburger really stood out! It was served hot, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious. Definitely one of the top fast food spots in Georgia.

The only fast food spot I tried in Tbilisi, and the beef tastes better than in the US. Quick service with friendly staff. The place is nice, clean, and the bathrooms are spotless. No issues at all.
