I feel the same way about this fast-food spot as I do about another similar one. I hadn't been to either for months because I was out of the country. Today, I tried them both again, and they were awful.

Here, I ordered curly fries. First, they gave me cold, burnt ones, so I asked for a replacement. The second batch was hot but still burnt, with a few fresh ones on top to hide the bad ones underneath. They even took my order number off the screen before I got my food.

This place has lowered its quality but increased prices. The fries taste like burnt oil. I won't be eating here again.

I witnessed an employee being racist to a young Asian child. He insulted her in Georgian, assuming it was fine because she wouldn't understand. Completely unacceptable!

The experience was notably worse compared to the larger locations in Tbilisi. It seems like this issue is common to all the smaller outlets situated in shopping centers.

The chicken burger gave us food poisoning.

The pizza was terrible, and the staff was extremely rude.

Ordering by myself was straightforward, and the screen had an English option. The food was delicious, especially the curly fries, which I highly recommend.
