I had a positive experience; the staff was very friendly.

Nino Martiashvili is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. She addressed several of my dental problems effectively. The clinic provides excellent service, and the staff is always friendly and supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Nino and this clinic.

I'm really satisfied with everything, thanks to Dr. Nino and her assistant.

I'm very disappointed with my experience. The cleaning was rough and done carelessly, without considering my comfort. I ended up spitting out blood from my gums. Basic care, like applying vaseline jelly to the corners of my mouth, was ignored. I told them I have sensitive teeth, but they didn't seem to care. The procedure was so uncomfortable that I couldn't finish it.

After the procedure, I wrote a review. The clinic manager called, apologized, and asked me to remove it. I did, thinking the issue was settled. Now, I'm posting it again.

A month later, I felt sharp pain and sensitivity in three teeth, right where the cleaning started. Another dentist found enamel cracks on those teeth. No other teeth were damaged.

When I informed the clinic, they admitted the cleaning was unprofessional and offered partial moral compensation. However, they denied responsibility for the enamel damage and any future treatment.

I deleted my first review thinking my teeth were fine. Realizing the damage now, I find their approach unacceptable. I can't recommend this clinic.

If you value your time, steer clear of this dental clinic!

I arrived promptly for my cleaning appointment and was told there would be a "5-minute wait." After 20 minutes, still nothing. When I asked for an update, they once again said "just another 5 minutes." I ended up waiting for over half an hour before I had to leave due to other commitments.

I can't understand why the dentist wasn't even present in the middle of the day.

Including travel and waiting, I wasted over an hour for absolutely no reason. They have no respect for people's time. Don't waste your time here.
