For the third time, I've received damaged shoes from this store. They refused to exchange them for a different color, despite it being their fault for not having the correct size in stock.

Horrible service when trying to exchange or return items. In my case, order #861612, the product came with a factory defect. They communicate only through chat, which makes the process even worse. You have to write texts and send proofs yourself. I ended up talking to four different operators, trying to get an exchange. The second operator agreed to it, but then the chat switched to a third operator. Their answers contradict each other and sometimes even go against what’s written on their own website. The phrase "It doesn't happen like that with us" is especially annoying. So, how does it happen with you, then? If it's different from your written rules on the site?

Ужас с доставкой! Ждали 5 дней, хотя на сайте обещали доставить в тот же день по Тбилиси или за 1-3 дня по регионам. Из пяти вещей две прислали не той модели, не того цвета, не того размера, вообще не то, но того же бренда. Поддержка два дня водила за нос и пыталась тянуть время. Ужасное обслуживание. Больше никогда не буду покупать вещи онлайн здесь.

The consultants in the store are either experts at ignoring customers completely or they shadow you so closely while you're browsing that it feels suffocating until you eventually flee the store. Is this their training? Today, we couldn't make a purchase because the consultants were so good at ignoring us, they might as well earn a bonus for your company's losses. Maybe this is actually part of your business strategy. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Avoid purchasing their gift cards if you intend to shop online. These cards are inexplicably limited to in-store use within their group, and they don't work on their main online platform. While their website suggests that the card is valid in over 50 Dressup locations, it fails to mention that online redemption, even where the card was purchased, is not an option. This lack of clarity is both inconvenient and confusing.

Ужасный сервис! В первый и точно последний раз заказываю здесь! Заказал купальник с доставкой курьером, чтобы проверить размер, заплатил за это дополнительно. Курьер даже не дал времени заглянуть внутрь пакета! Когда я открыл его, размер оказался огромным, а низ с высоким вырезом, хотя на сайте указан обычный. Даже примерять не стал! Плюс ко всему, от купальника исходит ужасный запах, как будто его уже использовали! Сразу отправил запрос на обмен, но мне позвонили и сказали, что это невозможно из-за политики компании. Это обман, и эту компанию нужно закрыть навсегда.

This is easily one of the worst and most careless online platforms I've encountered. The staff seems perpetually "busy," likely with gossiping over the phone. The online chat provides no real-time assistance. The delivery was delayed. This was both my first and last time purchasing from this site.

I would rate it higher if it was clearly stated on the brand's websites that these are official stores.
