What a total disaster! I went there in June 2026 in the evening, and the sign said they were open until 10:00 PM. However, they started closing the doors at 9:30 PM. When I was in the fitting room at 9:40 PM, I was told, “Sorry, we are closed.” I had to try on clothes on the sales floor instead.

Since I had traveled across the city after work just for this shopping trip, I decided to buy some items without properly trying them on. But when I got to the checkout at 9:47 PM, they told me they were closed too. I asked why the sign indicated they were open until 10:00 PM, and the staff just shrugged and repeated that they were closed.

The customer service was rude and condescending. I won’t be returning to this store. I left without buying anything and felt like I wasted my time. They really need to train their staff on customer service or at least update their hours to avoid misleading customers.

The staff was very rude. The woman in the picture pushed her hand in my face when I asked who she was. She wouldn't introduce herself and kept ignoring me, saying “one minute” while attending to other customers. The way they treat customers is insulting and completely unacceptable.

The clothing is nice, but the staff is quite unwelcoming. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The cashier was very rude and unfriendly, which was unacceptable. She really needs proper training to enhance her skills.
