The customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced. I can't believe TBC doesn't have better oversight. I was on the verge of starting a very profitable business with them, but after just a few interactions, I decided to close my account and went with Bank of Georgia instead, where they resolved my issues in minutes. Additionally, their phone app is poorly designed compared to Bank of Georgia's, especially for those who speak English.

I traveled to Georgia for the weekend to pick up my new TBC Concept 360 card, but when I arrived, I was told that the colleague responsible for these cards was unavailable on Saturday. I wasn't informed about this beforehand; I only received a message from the bank saying I could come anytime. I ended up wasting a lot of money on my flight tickets, and no one seemed to care.

Ужасное место! Сплошной обман! Нужен был аккаунт — сначала запросили кучу документов о моих финансах. Ладно, предоставил. Тут же начали засыпать спамом на телефон. Второй визит — требуют 50 лари за открытие. Хорошо, заплатил. Но через день заявляют, что не могут открыть аккаунт из-за своей внутренней политики. Что? Вы взяли деньги и ничего не сделали? Да. Вернёте деньги? Нет! Да подавитесь! Перед уходом настоял на удалении всех моих персональных данных и номера телефона.
