This bank is the worst. I wouldn't even give it one star. They charge a fee if you cancel, even on a long-term time deposit. I would never recommend this bank to my friends.

I went in to inquire about opening a bank account. The staff member who assisted me seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. She was unaware of the relevant laws for my case and didn't make an effort to help me. I ended up leaving feeling very dissatisfied.

Very long service at the bank. Despite the presence of many operators, most of them seem to be inactive. My goal was to receive a transfer through the Zolotaya Korona system. However, I was informed that they issue only lari in Georgian currency.

Only two windows provide the service of issuing transfers. However, the operator did not approach for a long time, and then spent considerable time processing my application. As a result, I spent between 40 and 50 minutes on this operation.
