If I could, I’d give this place zero stars. My experience here was awful, and I urge anyone thinking about renting ski equipment to look elsewhere. When we returned our gear, the staff attempted to con us out of 450 Lari, accusing us of completely breaking the skis. They couldn't show any evidence or paperwork to prove the damage existed before we got them, as we received the skis from someone else. This was clearly a deliberate attempt to extort money. We didn’t even ski because our car was stuck in the snow, so their accusations were entirely false. What made it worse was seeing the staff try the same scam with the customers before us. This unethical behavior seemed like a regular practice, particularly targeting tourists. The lack of professionalism and integrity was shocking. Instead of a fun time on the slopes, we ended up frustrated and out of money. I strongly suggest avoiding this place and choosing a more trustworthy rental shop. There are many other options nearby that won’t try to rip you off. Save yourself the stress and money—go somewhere else!

Great rental experience, super friendly staff! They worked efficiently, provided us with everything we required, and had reasonable prices.

The staff here is welcoming and always ready to assist, ensuring customer satisfaction. They have a wide range of both new and pre-owned gear, including skis and snowboards. I appreciate their service and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Disappointing experience. I specifically came to the store, but even though the items were inside, the place was closed. There was nobody to ask for help or any information.

They speak English well and offer fair prices, but they only have used skis, not new ones.
