This was the worst hotel experience my family has ever encountered. We felt completely unsafe during our stay.

We had major concerns about the behavior of the receptionist and the security guard. The guard seemed intoxicated and acted inappropriately towards my wife and daughter while I was away, which left them scared and upset. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel management, I felt my complaint was not handled properly, and the manager spoke to us in an unacceptable way instead of addressing our issues.

Because of what we experienced, I cannot recommend this property, especially for families. I strongly urge the owners to investigate this incident thoroughly and enhance guest safety and staff behavior.

The treatment here is very poor; the staff is rude and unhelpful. They communicate in a very negative manner, both with guests and among themselves. The service is inadequate, and I've witnessed conflicts at the reception and with other guests. I definitely won't be returning—this experience was really bad! Receptionists should be friendly towards guests.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the warm hospitality was truly appreciated—especially the lovely surprise of wine and chocolate for our anniversary, which made our trip even more memorable. The two-bedroom penthouse apartment was spacious and very clean, ideal for our family. We also found the staff to be very attentive; they quickly and efficiently took care of all our requests. Highly recommend, and we would love to return!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was roomy, spotless, and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, washing machine, and kitchenware, plus some sweet treats waiting for us when we arrived. The location was fantastic—convenient to everything yet still peaceful and cozy. The staff was friendly and always available to help, showing genuine care and great service. The check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. We felt completely at home, even more than that! 😊 We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, and excellent hospitality!
