We had a wonderful time here. The hospitality was exceptional, among the best in Georgia. It offers great value for what you pay. The food selection was impressive. I would certainly come back again.

Excellent hotel. Salome was an amazing host, making our stay very comfortable, just like the cleaner Jean. Make sure to book a room with a Mountain View balcony; it overlooks the river and is so peaceful. I will definitely return.

Non c'è l'ascensore, ma il personale è disponibile ad aiutarti con le valigie ai piani superiori. La vista sul Kazbegi è incredibile e l'accoglienza è molto calorosa.

I'm not sure where to begin... Everything was incredible. It's one of those unforgettable experiences, thanks to both the place and the people.

I must emphasize the staff. The two young women there (one with red hair and the other with brown hair) were incredibly welcoming, answering all our questions, and advising us on local spots, restaurants, and bars. We truly felt at home! They even remembered one of us loved arepas and made them for breakfast. Such lovely people!

As for the hotel, I have nothing but positive remarks. It's rare to find a place that looks exactly like its online photos, but this one does. Everything was spotless, with breathtaking views and delicious food.

If I return to Kazbegi, I will definitely stay here again.

My friends and I spent two nights here, and it was our favorite stop on our trip to Georgia. The views from the restaurant were stunning, and the rooms were extremely comfortable and spotless. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and reasonably priced.

The real highlight was the staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful, making us very glad we chose to stay here in Kazbegi.
