I made a reservation at this hotel, but I received a message just two hours before my arrival stating they only accept cash payments. Their website indicated that credit cards were accepted. They wouldn't consider any other payment options, so I had to cancel and look for new accommodation at the last minute. It was very inconvenient.

The hotel matches the pictures perfectly — no surprises, just a beautiful location with breathtaking mountain views. It's ideally situated in the center of Kazbegi, making it easy to explore and reach the trails. The woman at the front desk was incredibly nice — friendly and made the check-in a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend it!

A wonderful place to stay in Stepantsminda. The rooms are beautiful, the views are stunning, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is tasty. The service is excellent too. It's a great deal!

The best hotel we experienced in Georgia. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and tidy.

The accommodation was fantastic! We'd return in a heartbeat. It's a beautiful and spotless hotel with excellent outdoor amenities. Our stay was very comfortable. There's a small kitchen for personal use, which is convenient. It was the only place we stayed in Georgia with a water filter system, which was incredibly useful. You could drink as much water as you needed. The receptionist was lovely, very helpful, and fluent in English. Highly recommended!

מלון בן 4 שנים, שקט, נעים ומרגיש כמו בבית. הבחורה מהקבלה נותנת שירות מעולה, תמיד מסייעת ומחייכת. החדרים מרווחים עם נוף מדהים והמצעים הלבנים מפנקים. החימום מצוין והריח טוב אבל קצת חזק מדי. יש לתקן את עצמת המים במקלחת. המזרן נעים אבל היה לי קצת רך מדי.

Incredible place to stay! The staff is wonderful, and the rooms offer stunning views of Mount Kazbeg and Trinity Church. Definitely a must-visit if you're heading to Kazbegi/Stepantsminda.
