My experience at the hotel in Kutaisi was fantastic, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and supportive during my entire stay. When my flight was delayed, I had to return to the hotel late at night, and they assisted me without hesitation, making a stressful situation much easier. Their kindness and professionalism truly meant a lot to me.

The food was delicious, prepared with great attention to detail. As a solo female traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is crucial, and this hotel provided that completely. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I want to give a special thank you to the lovely older lady at the hotel. I spoke with her in Russian, and she was so sweet, warm, and caring. She made me feel at home, and I genuinely wish her all the best.

Thanks to the whole team for making my stay enjoyable. The service was exceptional from beginning to end—10/10 for the staff! I look forward to returning in the future. ❤️

Spokojny hotel, kilka minut od centrum. Pokoje przestronne, czyste, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki. Mieliśmy balkon z widokiem na rzekę i biały most. Obsługa była miła i pomocna. Śniadania smaczne. Dobre miejsce na krótki i dłuższy pobyt.

Уютный небольшой отель в центре города. Номера маленькие, но комфортные; в основном мы там только ночевали и завтракали. Персонал очень любезный.

The balcony had a view of the cable car and the Rioni river. It was a peaceful place to stay. Just a 5-minute walk gets you to the White Bridge. The staff was welcoming, kind, friendly, and helpful. A great place to stay with family. The morning view of the river was amazing.

A good choice in Kutaisi with a beautiful balcony view. The breakfast served is outstanding.

The establishment is well-located, maintaining a satisfactory level of cleanliness. The service provided is commendable. Additionally, there is a convenient parking area available.

Wouldn't advise staying here... the room was filthy...

The internet connection was terrible, the service was poor, the room was unclean, and the staff was impolite.
