The rooms were tidy, and the staff was very accommodating.

I had a reservation through booking.com at a hotel in Kutaisi. When I arrived, the taxi driver took me to the wrong location. At check-in, the manager asked me to cancel my booking.com reservation and wanted to see how much I paid. I felt this was a suspicious request and chose not to cancel. I later realized there are two hotels with the same name in Kutaisi, and I was at the one that’s a mile away from the city center. Fortunately, the other hotel didn’t charge me anything after I explained what happened. Be cautious with this hotel; it seems quite unreliable.

Hotel con personale molto gentile e accogliente. I letti sono comodi e le camere sono pulite e ben ordinate, complete di bollitore e frigorifero. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La posizione è ideale, di fronte a un supermercato aperto 24 ore su 24 e ci sono molti posti dove mangiare. Grazie ad Akaki per l'accoglienza calorosa!

Kiepsko. Tylko dla tych, którzy nie mają innego wyjścia (tak jak ja). Otoczenie nieestetyczne.

The location is quite isolated, not near the center. The noise from the street is very disturbing. The unadjustable radiators make the room unbearably hot, like a sauna. The breakfast is minimal and tasteless. The dining area is inefficient — cramped even with few people. Avoid the elevator — it got stuck and almost made me miss my return flight. I heard this happened to others the day before as well.

This accommodation is perfect for a short stay.

The location is quite far from the city center. Upon arrival, we discovered that the room we reserved was nonexistent, but the staff was friendly and managed to find a solution by adding an extra bed. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue — there were ants in my daughter's bed. Additionally, it was cold in the hallway and the restaurant. The shower was difficult to use because the water pressure was so low it barely dripped. The price and the courteous staff are positive aspects, but not enough to warrant a return visit.
