სასტუმრო "Georgia Palace Hotel & Spa Kobuleti"

This was the worst experience of my three-week trip to Georgia. Having worked in hospitality, I found their service disappointing. We felt harassed and ended up paying for it. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The hotel is rated as 5 stars, but it feels more like it belongs to an older standard rather than meeting today's expectations. The breakfast was just average, and I was surprised that espresso wasn’t included; you have to pay extra for it. On the bright side, my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, although the decor and furniture seemed outdated. The location is good, and the amenities are decent. However, if you're seeking a relaxing stay, be aware that the hotel hosts parties on weekends. The noise was disappointing for a hotel of this level. I had planned to sleep early for an early flight, but the party went on well past midnight, and I could hear the music clearly from my room. This really affected my experience.

იდეალური დასვენება. ძალიან მომეწონა. ეს სასტუმრო სამოთხე იყო. დიდი მადლობა რესეფშენს საუკეთესო ოთახისთვის. ზღვის ხედით ვტკბებოდით. საუზმე იყო საოცარი და მრავალფეროვანი.

I had an amazing experience at my stay. A big thank you to Lanha from the reception team for her kindness, positive attitude, and outstanding help. She was incredibly supportive throughout my visit, and her recommendations made my stay enjoyable, especially the food and spa facilities. Her warm and professional demeanor truly made a difference. I can't wait to come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bardzo ładny hotel, z przyjemnością polecam. Warto jednak wiedzieć, że poza recepcjonistami, reszta personelu nie mówi po angielsku ani rosyjsku. Mimo to udało się nam jakoś porozumieć.

Мне кажется, это самый лучший отель в Кабулети! Великолепная территория, потрясающие виды, отличные услуги и сервис! Особенно красиво на закате - просто невероятная красота!

The hotel was wonderful. The food in the main restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool with its lovely sunset view. The staff made our birthday special, and we really appreciated their attention!
