We had a wonderful two-night stay at this resort! The garden was lovely and perfect for kids, there were three pools, our room was comfortable, and the food was great! We definitely plan to return.

Приехали сюда спонтанно, так как были рядом. Остались очень довольны. Номера большие и чистые. Кухня и завтрак на высоком уровне. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Вид с террасы просто великолепный. Цены, конечно, высокие, но это того стоит, рекомендую всем!

Administracija buvo nuostabi – labai dėmesinga, maloni ir visada pasiruošusi padėti. Jautėmės laukiami visą laiką. Kambariai erdvūs, švarūs ir tvarkingi, o jų dizainas labai gražus. Mini baras turėjo daug gėrimų ir užkandžių. Viešbučio atmosfera labai jauki, su šildomais baseinais ir gražiomis vietomis, kur galima ramiai praleisti laiką, o vaizdai buvo nuostabūs. Atostogavome penkiese ir visi buvome labai patenkinti. Tikrai planuojame sugrįžti.

Tačiau yra keletas dalykų, kuriuos galima patobulinti. Pusryčiai buvo gana kuklūs ir norėtųsi didesnio pasirinkimo, be to, karštas maistas dažnai būdavo šaltas.

Taip pat reikėtų daugiau dėmesio skirti padavėjų apmokymui. Kartais jie nebuvo gerai susipažinę su meniu, pamiršdavo dalį užsakymo arba atnešdavo ne tai, kas buvo užsakyta. Pavyzdžiui, užsakius du patiekalus, atnešamas būdavo tik vienas, tad tekdavo priminti.

Labai patiko internetinė užsakymų sistema. Būtų puiku, jei per ją būtų galima užsisakyti visą maistą ir gėrimus, o personalas juos pristatytų tiesiai į pasirinktą vietą.

Maistas buvo skanus ir atitiko lūkesčius. Nepaisant kelių trūkumų, bendra patirtis buvo puiki. Tai vieta, į kurią tikrai norisi sugrįžti.

This place is definitely not a 5-star hotel and doesn't even deserve one star. The interior feels cheap, with linoleum around the pool instead of tiles. The walls are so thin that you can hear full conversations from other rooms, and the decor is quite tacky.

They play loud music until midnight, and when we complained, the receptionist claimed that no one had said anything before, which isn't true since there are other reviews highlighting the same issue.

The spa that's supposedly included only offers two free pools; you have to pay for the sauna. We asked the receptionist multiple times to reserve a table at the restaurant, but she only acknowledged us after several attempts. When we arrived at the scheduled time, there was no table reserved, which was fine since the place was empty, but no server even recognized us, so we ended up leaving.

In summary, as another reviewer mentioned, they are trying hard to be European, but they are very far from achieving that. This hotel is not worth the money you spend.

ძალიან კმაყოფილი ვართ სასტუმროს მომსახურებით. პერსონალი ძალიან მეგობრული, ყურადღებიანი და პროფესიონალია. მიმღებში მუშაობენ საოცარი ადამიანები. მომსახურება შესანიშნავია და ყველაფერი იდეალურია.

საუზმეც ძალიან კარგია, ახალი, გემრიელი და მრავალფეროვანი არჩევანით, პერსონალი კი ყოველთვის მზად არის დახმარებისთვის.

სასტუმროს ადგილმდებარეობა უბრალოდ შესანიშნავია, ბევრი სივრცეა გასართობად როგორც შიგნით, ასევე გარეთ.

ამ სასტუმროს ნამდვილად გირჩევთ და მომავალში აუცილებლად დავბრუნდები. დიდი მადლობა შესანიშნავი დროისთვის!

Прекрасный отель! Уютные номера, вкусная кухня и очень дружелюбный персонал!

Location: Stunning. It's a very peaceful area with lovely views.

Room: Clean but quite noisy.

Breakfast: Limited options and not very tasty.

Service: Generally lacking. Only the receptionists and a few staff members were friendly. I also had to handle my own luggage.

Restaurant: Expensive with low-quality food. I found a hair in my dish and didn’t receive an apology. No complimentary water provided.

Price: Way too high for the quality and service offered.

I was really happy with my stay at this hotel. The surroundings are beautiful, the staff is friendly and professional, and the food is top-notch. The views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I highly recommend it. A special thank you to Tika and Natia for their outstanding help. Our experience at the resort was fantastic. The service was top-notch, and the culinary team really impressed us with their delicious food. A big shout-out to the service staff too; the supervisors and servers were all very friendly and professional. We had an amazing time and would love to return.
