I stayed for two nights. My main issues were that the small toilet trash bin was the only one in the room, and the internet connection was quite spotty at times (but honestly, how reliable can it be in a place like this?). Aside from that, everything was fine. The sanitary conditions were good, and the food—breakfasts and dinners—was warm with plenty of options. I want to give a special shoutout to a young man named Saba. He went out of his way to prepare breakfast for me and my friend when we needed it—definitely A+ service. He also showed kindness when I lost an important frisbee, which I needed for work. Overall, I'd rate the hotel 9/10, but Saba is truly the best!

الغرفة نظيفة لكنها صغيرة وضيقة. الموقع بعيد جداً عن مناطق الخدمات والمطاعم، ولا توجد سيارات أجرة، وتطبيق بولت غالي جداً في هذه القرية.

The beds were small and the pillows were uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep. I could also hear people outside my room as if my door was wide open.

I spent two nights at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When our car got stuck in the snow and we had lots of heavy luggage, Saba, the service manager, and the general manager helped us bring everything inside. Marium at reception was also very helpful. The food, including breakfast and meals at the restaurant, was good. Looking forward to coming back. Thanks for everything.

My stay at this hotel in Gudauri, Georgia, was fantastic. Nini and Alex at the front desk were so welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home immediately. The place has a romantic vibe, ideal for unwinding. Everything was spotless and well-kept, and the restaurant offered quick service with tasty food. The view from my room of the Caucasus Mountains was stunning. Snow-covered streets and surroundings added to the magical winter feel. The bed and extra pillow were super comfy. I highly recommend this spot and can't wait to return.

The staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is surprisingly great—especially the chicken barbecue, which is exceptional. The hotel offers everything you need for a ski trip. It's a bit far from the resort, but you can easily get there with a Bolt ride or by walking.

This hotel offers nice amenities like billiards and table tennis. However, the service was inconsistent. One female staff member was unhelpful and did not follow through on her promises to provide information. On the other hand, a young male staff member was very attentive and responsive. The hotel is located on the outskirts and relies on a transport lift for access to the main ski area. The lift is often not operational, and there is no way to contact those responsible for it. When we asked the unhelpful staff member to check, she refused, claiming there was no contact number. As a result, guests have to walk a long distance with their skis or pay extra for transportation, which makes the location inconvenient. The combination of inconsistent service and unreliable access negatively affected our stay. I would not choose to return.
