In a city teeming with pet stores, this particular one stands out effortlessly. Imagine, it's 10 PM, and I panic, realizing I ran out of dog food. Other stores were long closed, but a quick call changed everything. The staff, recognizing my regular patronage, promptly opened their doors just for me. This is the epitome of exceptional service – it's a rare gem in Batumi. It's these kinds of actions that build trust and loyalty. If you own pets and value top-notch service, you won't regret visiting here.

A haven for animal lovers! The staff's genuine care for stray animals touches my heart every time I visit. The service is impeccable, and though prices might be high, the kindness and dedication make it all worthwhile. This place truly stands out among other pet shops for its compassionate approach.

Small but mighty! The assortment here is impressive. Found everything I needed for my little furry friend, and the prices are quite reasonable compared to other places. The new baby hamsters are adorable! Worth a visit for any pet lover.

The moment you walk by, you feel the need to step inside. Unique treats and toys that seem elusive elsewhere just sit waiting, along with a special something for our feline companions. So grateful I stumbled upon this place!
