Отличный гид, Бесо Киримели, в течение двух дней позволил нам увидеть множество красивых и интересных мест. Мы были размещены в отличной гостинице, где нас великолепно кормили. Персонал был приветливым, а водитель оказался отличным профессионалом.

В течение последних 6 или 7 лет я постоянно пользуюсь услугами этой компании. Она является надежной и непревзойденной. Персонал весьма приветлив и владеет русским языком. Транспорт предоставляется в комфортабельном состоянии, а перевозчики всегда приходят вовремя. Огромная благодарность этой компании!

The experience on the “Mountain Adjara” excursion left a lot to be desired in terms of value for money. We booked a tour and were picked up in a small, stuffy and cramped bus. The program was poorly designed, including only three small sites, the visit of which took almost the entire day. The excursion support was reduced to superficial comments in the style of “on the left is McDonald's, on the right is Marriott.” At the sites we were not provided with any useful information, and the guide looked clearly tired and uninterested. As someone with a background in tourism, I prefer to go on foreign excursions to learn from the experiences of others. Unfortunately, in this case the experience was unsuccessful, and the impression is that everything is focused on the mass consumer, and not on quality and ethical work.

Hello! We vacationed in August using the services of this tour operator. As for the transfer, we did not have any problems - everything was organized clearly and on time.
However, we would like to share our negative experiences regarding the excursions provided and the quality of service. We do not recommend this tour operator to anyone! We paid the full amount in advance for the excursion to the canyons and were faced with an unpleasant situation. A Sulkhan employee refused to sign the check, and we were ultimately unable to take the tour due to health problems of one of the group members. The next time, similar problems arose with another member of our group, and despite contacting Sulkhan with a request to return half the cost of the paid excursion, we were refused. In addition, the designated pick-up time from the hotel was not respected.
The attitude towards customers and the lack of refunds gives the impression of terrible service. We recommend that you carefully consider whether you should choose this “excursion”.

Их транспорт обеспечивает комфортные условия для перемещения, а перевозчики всегда приходят вовремя. Пострадали от обмана при заказе билетов на поезд: запросили места рядом, получили номера в противоположных концах вагона.
