سيء جداً. رفعوا السعر وغير محترمين. المكان بعيد عن السياحة، والجو فيه سيء، والرائحة غير جيدة. يرفعون أصواتهم علينا. لا أنصح به أبداً، حتى النجوم كثير عليهم.

I am very disappointed with this place and urge other travelers to steer clear of it.

When I arrived, I was told that there was no reservation under my name, even though I had a confirmed booking. What’s worse is that I wasn’t alone; many other guests from various countries faced the same issue.

This situation caused me a lot of stress, wasted my time, and revealed a total lack of professionalism and reliability. A confirmed reservation should guarantee a place to stay, but this property failed to uphold its end.

I think Booking.com needs to investigate this property thoroughly, as such behavior undermines customer trust and damages the platform's reputation. If these problems persist, I strongly recommend removing this establishment from Booking.com, as it harms the customer experience and the platform’s credibility.

I cannot recommend this property to anyone and will never stay here again. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while traveling.

The atmosphere and independence here were fantastic. I truly enjoyed my time in this studio. The modern design is fresh, with a nice mix of bright white surfaces and blue accents, and the large mirrors cleverly make the space feel bigger and more illuminated.

What really impressed me was the kitchenette. Having my own little area with a stove and kettle gave me great freedom, especially for enjoying a quiet morning coffee at my own pace.

It's worth mentioning that they don’t clean the rooms daily, which might take some by surprise, but for me, it was a big plus. It felt more like living in a stylish apartment rather than a hotel—complete privacy, no unexpected interruptions, just total tranquility.

If you enjoy a chic, low-maintenance space where you can do your own thing, you’ll love it here. I’d definitely return!

Нам не дали тот номер, который мы забронировали, сославшись на ошибку на Booking. Вместо этого нас заселили в другой, который оказался в ужасном состоянии. Это был блок С. Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют действительности. В номере было грязно, постельное бельё было не полным и выглядело так, будто его уже использовали. Не хватало полотенец для всех гостей. В ванной отваливалась штукатурка, а в углах была плесень. Оголённые провода у электроприборов. Это лишь небольшая часть всех недостатков. Мы остались сильно разочарованы уровнем сервиса и условиями проживания.

Beware of this place! 🚨 Tourists should steer clear. It might be okay for a long stay, but we had a terrible experience for our 3-day stay in a studio with breakfast, which cost us an extra 20 gel. They advertised amenities like an oven, microwave, and toiletries, but in reality:
* They didn’t even provide toilet paper! After multiple requests, we finally got some the next day.
* No toiletries, slippers, or soap were provided.
* No oven or microwave.
* No room service; they said cleaning would cost 30 gel each time.
* There was no dustbin, so we had to take our trash out ourselves.
* Breakfast was awful—just rice and bread 😂.
* The towels smelled bad and had stains, and the bed sheet was torn with something written in marker on the pillowcase.
* All dishes, cups, and cutlery were dirty, with lip marks on one of the cups! 😨
I don't understand their complete lack of organization and mismanagement. The only positive was the nice view from the balcony.

Ужасный отель. Всё – сплошной обман. Цены на сайте одни, а по приезду требуют значительно больше. Персонал грубит. На сайте указаны бассейн и завтрак, а на деле их нет. Воняет плесенью, с балкона дует. Не советую.
