Одно из самых культовых мест Батуми, очень классное место, вкусно, сервис на уровне. Постоянно какой-то движ, советую посетить!

מסעדה גדולה עם מספר קומות ומרפסת, אוכל גרוזיני טעים, שירות מהיר, מופעי פולקלור וריקודים, מקום נחמד ולא יקר.

We visited this restaurant on a weekday around lunchtime, and it was pretty empty, so we thought service would be quick. We ordered khinkali, chicken, and some drinks. The drinks and chicken came out fast, but we ended up waiting over an hour for the khinkali. I went downstairs to ask if this was normal and why no one had informed us about the long wait. The staff could not provide a clear answer and called what seemed to be the manager. Unfortunately, she also couldn’t explain the delay and kept checking with the waitress, making it seem like our khinkali order was never sent to the kitchen.

After waiting so long, we decided to leave and only pay for the drinks since we hadn’t even touched the chicken while waiting. They said they could cancel the khinkali but we still had to pay for the chicken, which I find unreasonable since we didn’t eat it due to their mistake. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager offered us a souvenir, but that’s not why we came – we wanted to enjoy our meal. They should focus on improving their service rather than giving out unnecessary gifts. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Найсмачніші хінкалі, які я коли-небудь куштував! Їжа тут просто відмінна, а домашнє вино – справжня смакота💜. Куди б ми не йшли, хінкалі тут найкращі🫶. Трохи довелося почекати, але це зовсім не багато часу, воно того варте. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!

This was my second visit, and we ordered multiple dishes, including grilled sea bass. We specifically inquired about the sea bass and were informed it would be a grilled fillet on a skewer. However, we received salmon on a skewer instead. When we pointed this out to the waiter, he insisted we were mistaken and that it was sea bass, even though it looked like salmon. We called the manager to explain the mix-up and requested to cancel the dish since it wasn't what we ordered. Unfortunately, the waiter lied, claiming we had ordered the salmon and were causing trouble. The manager sided with the waiter, said that was our order, and refused to cancel it despite our repeated insistence. When we asked for the check, the waiter was rude and ignored us, showing unprofessional behavior. In the end, we were charged for the expensive salmon we did not order or eat. To make up for the unpleasant experience, the manager offered to remove the service charge, but the situation left us very disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability from the staff. I do not recommend this place.

Прекрасное место с вкусной едой. Блюдо «Мама Хинкали» подано очень интересно. На улице была очередь, но ждали недолго.

Шашлык был теплым.
