The design is unattractive and overly complex, serving no real purpose. A better option would be to develop a park with a few small buildings, a café, a library, a coworking area, or an open food market.

This is an amazing project that significantly enhances the heart of Batumi. The modern and iconic design truly adds to the city’s skyline. It’s precisely the type of upscale development that Batumi needs to establish itself as a premier global destination.

I was among the first to purchase in this development and reserved an apartment because it looked impressive and unique compared to others. The company seemed trustworthy. I paid $2,500 to hold my apartment and waited to sign the preliminary agreement. I specifically asked the manager if the management agreement would be available at that time since it’s crucial for me due to the mandatory management of the apartments. The manager confirmed in writing that it would be ready.

However, when it was time to sign, I was disappointed to find that the management agreement was not provided. When I inquired about it, I didn’t receive a satisfactory explanation. The manager seemed more interested in calming me down than addressing my concerns.

Ultimately, the company did include some related provisions in the preliminary agreement, but I decided not to sign and lost my $2,500. I felt it would have been too risky to proceed with mandatory management under those conditions.

A company that truly values its reputation would have refunded my deposit and apologized, but unfortunately, they did not. I wonder if this was a misunderstanding and if they might consider refunding my deposit. If that happens, I will update my review.
