Коллектив не только вежлив, но и внимателен к деталям, которые обычно остаются незамеченными в отелях этой ценовой категории: халаты, зубные щетки и даже приборы для бритья в номерах. Это приятно удивляет. Сервис и правда на высоте, как в отелях класса повыше. Отличный выбор для бизнес-поездок.

Просторные номера с кондиционером и балконом в самом центре Зугдиди — звучит прекрасно. Однако детали могут подпортить впечатление даже от хорошего отеля. Зачем экономить на элементарных удобствах, как розетки и ночники у каждой кровати? Небольшие, но важные детали делают отдых комфортнее. В остальном же, место вполне достойное, персонал отзывчивый. Завтрак или кофе можно приготовить в общей столовой, что спасает. Скорее всего, остановлюсь здесь ещё раз, если занедужу в округе.
