Мокрые полы в душевой и в номере - тут сплошная влажность! Кондиционер и холодильник будто на войне - работает либо один, либо другой. Полотенца надо выпрашивать, уборки никакой, а подростки кричат без конца. Как будто вообще пустое место для персонала.

Don't set high expectations! The staff is mostly unfriendly, only the two elderly people were somewhat nice. The rooms are in disarray, and the shower in the toilet doesn't drain well, leaving the floor wet all day because the drainage is poorly installed. There's moisture everywhere, and the air conditioning isn't properly connected. You have to choose between using the air conditioner or the fridge. There's no mirror in the toilet, and they never clean the room. If you need towels, you have to ask. Teenagers are shouting throughout the day. No one greets you or pays attention to you. I felt very unwelcome. They operate under three different names, probably to escape a bad reputation.
