The City Hall in Zugdidi is the administrative center of the Zugdidi municipality. The building consists of four floors, each of which performs specific functions. On the ground floor there is a reception, office and social department. The second floor is dedicated to the financial department. The third floor houses the offices of the mayor and his deputies, as well as the legal, human resources and audit departments. The fourth floor includes a large conference room and departments for culture, youth and health. Issues related to land affairs are also resolved on the fourth floor. The building is equipped with security cameras and is guarded by security police. A visit to the mayor's office is recommended to resolve administrative issues, receive social support and advice on cultural and youth programs.
