    Приятно удивило богатство книжного фонда и уютная атмосфера. Внутри тихо, светло, чувствуешь себя как дома. Узнал много о местной истории. Отличное место для любителей книг и спокойного времяпровождения.

    Когда ступаешь на первый этаж, сразу ощущается простор. Приветливый персонал всегда готов помочь. Листы бумаги шелестят вокруг. Приятное место для работы и чтения.

    Покажитесь мне, библиотекарь! Центральная библиотека в Зугдиди, безусловно, задала планку по уюту и атмосфере, но есть заметные недостатки. Персонал не слишком приветлив и не сразу помогает с ориентацией в залах. Да и новыми книгами не часто радуют. В общем, для небольшого романтического уикенда с книгой подходит, но, честно говоря, ожидал большего.

    ეს ბიბლიოთეკა ნამდვილად მნიშვნელოვან როლს თამაშობს განათლებასა და კულტურაზე ზუგდიდში. აქ შეგიძლიათ იპოვოთ არა მხოლოდ ქალაქის, არამედ სოფლების ბიბლიოთეკის განშტოებებიც – სულ 17 ფილიალია. ისტორიის მოყვარულთათვის საინტერესოა, რომ პირველი ბიბლიოთეკა აქ ჯერ კიდევ 1887 წელს შეიქმნა. 1912 წლის 19 მაისს ბიბლიოთეკამ ოფიციალური სტატუსი მიიღო. საბჭოთა პერიოდში ბიბლიოთეკები უფრო ფართოდ გავრცელდა. ზუგდიდსა და მის მიდამოებში 1990 წლისთვის 18 ქალაქის და 80-მდე სოფლის ბიბლიოთეკა ფუნქციონირებდა. ეს ადგილი შთამბეჭდავია თავისი ისტორიით და მნიშვნელოვან წვლილს ატარებს რეგიონის კულტურულ ცხოვრებაში.
