Youth training center "Achievement Hub"

The Achievement Hub in Zugdidi, which opened on July 27, 2017, is an important educational initiative created by Junior Achievement Georgia with support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and other programs. The center's goal is to help young people develop skills in teamwork, decision-making, problem solving, planning, management and social responsibility.

As part of the current training programs at the Achievement Hub, young people undergo 10 academic hours of training, divided by age groups. These programs are aimed at developing financial literacy, readiness for employment and entrepreneurship among teenagers.

At the opening ceremony of the center, 30 teenagers who completed the training were awarded certificates. USAID/G-PriEd representatives, parents and other interested parties attended the event.

The Achievement Center provides all interested young people with the opportunity to participate in a business skills development program and actively participate in innovative activities.

Junior Achievement Georgia, founded in 2002, is a member organization of Junior Achievement World, which unites similar organizations from 123 countries. Its goal is to prepare young people for success in the global economy by promoting the principles of entrepreneurship and free markets. The programs implemented by Junior Achievement Georgia fully comply with international standards and are recognized by the European Training Foundation (ETF).

Junior Achievement Georgia's goals include inspiring and preparing youth for success in the global economy and promoting market-based economic and democratic processes in Georgia. Among the goals of the organization are the development of innovative thinking, economic liberation, entrepreneurial spirit, as well as increasing the level of readiness for employment and financial literacy among young people.

The Achievement Hub Youth Training Center in Zugdidi is a unique platform that helps young people develop critical skills and prepares them for future success, contributing to Georgia's integration with Europe and promoting democratic market structures.
