Free initial military camp training "Youth Legion named after General Mazniashvili" in Tkibuli is a volunteer organization that conducts a training course for crisis situations. Classes include both theoretical lectures and practical field exercises. The training process is designed for 2-2.5 months, during which people of different ages and different social groups receive the necessary skills to successfully cope with various emergency situations.

The organization has been actively cooperating with the Ministry of Defense and other government agencies since 2015. In addition to the actual training, legionnaires can climb the career ladder within the organization, become commanders, and receive the rank of twentieth or centurion.
