The Elektroapparat Plant on Kakheti Highway 1 in Tbilisi is a massive industrial structure in the heart of Tbilisi that has become a landmark among fans of industrial architecture.

Founded in the 1920s, the plant specialized in the production of high-voltage equipment. After the collapse of the USSR, production ceased, and the area quickly fell into disrepair.

Today, the walls are covered in graffiti, and the empty workshops attract urbanists, photographers, and researchers of abandoned places.

Be careful - the entrance to the area is not guarded, but the building is partially destroyed.
