A dilapidated building near Lisi is a trace of an unfinished construction project in the quiet foothills

An abandoned ten-story building, standing opposite the oncology hospital, not far from Lake Lisi, is one of the most expressive abandoned places in the capital of Georgia.

Once, reconstruction was planned here: new windows were installed, the structures were strengthened. But everything stopped. Today it is a concrete skeleton with empty openings, overgrown with grass and covered with graffiti, like a scar on the body of the city.

There is a feeling of incompleteness here, and this attracts urbanists, stalkers and explorers. On the upper floors there is a panorama of Lisi and silent horizons.

How to find: follow the road to Lake Lisi. Opposite the operating oncology hospital on the right side there will be a concrete building with broken windows. It's easy to recognize - it "looks" at the road with all its floors.
