    Диагноз и лечение оказались неправильными. Не было внимания к срочности нашей ситуации. У кота текла кровь из носа, язык был высунут, а глаз вовсе не открывался. Доктор убеждал нас, что это последствия драки с другим котом. После беглого осмотра назначили только антибиотики и глазные капли, даже не выписав рецепт. Пообещали, что кот сам поправится. Ночью состояние кота ухудшилось. На следующий день обратились к другому ветеринару, который нашёл перелом челюсти и отёк, из-за которого был закрыт глаз. Мы наконец-то получили адекватное лечение и рекомендации. Разочарованные и расстроенные отсутствием профессионализма.
