Клиника новая, приём происходит строго по записи. Сделали УЗИ сердца и затем взяли анализы крови на биохимию и общий анализ. Моя девочка, мальтипу весом 2,5 кг, впервые спокойно перенесла процедуру забора крови. Огромное спасибо врачам за внимательное и доброжелательное отношение.

Работа административного персонала вызывает серьёзные вопросы. Мне обещали, что можно позвонить в любое время и все данные передадут врачу, которая должна перезвонить. Но это не сработало ни разу. Когда я попыталась объяснить это, меня начали уверять, что такого быть не может. Я звонила четыре дня подряд, пытаясь поговорить с врачом, и только в конце четвёртого дня удалось с ней связаться. Теперь снова нужно искать возможность поговорить с ней, так как лечение не помогло. Всё это больше похоже на какой-то цирк.

Wonderful veterinary clinic! I highly recommend the cardiologist and anesthesiologist Sofia, as well as the surgeon George. They are true masters of their craft! Our dog jumped out to us on all fours after the surgery and had a great rehabilitation process. They also did a wonderful job cleaning his teeth. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️.

Excellent bright clinic, for complex procedures it is advisable to call in advance and make an appointment. Our cat was given a very gentle and affectionate service, examined and given clear advice. Everything was wonderful.
