Avoid this agency at all costs! Terrible experience—they completely ruined my vacation. My friends and I purchased a 7-day full package tour to Turkey. They were in charge of scheduling our flights and hotels. However, our flight was rescheduled to leave 2 hours earlier, and we were never informed. When we reached out to the agency's manager, he refused to help us. We ended up paying extra for transport, missed 2 days of our trip, and lost 2 days of hotel expenses. This is how they conduct their “business”!
