The worst travel experience I've ever had. Our guide was extremely unprofessional—he was always late, texted while driving, sped dangerously, and yelled on the phone with other clients. He constantly broke agreements and left us stranded in areas with no reception, with no clear communication on when he’d return. He knew nothing about the places we visited, gave us no information, and recommended poor service providers. He miscommunicated our requests and never took responsibility for anything, often blaming us for the issues instead. After six miserable days of a two-week trip, we decided to continue without him. Anna, the agent, was unhelpful and refused to offer a replacement guide or a refund, even though we had paid in advance. She was rude, manipulative, and showed no empathy for our situation. We had no choice but to finish the trip with the guide we couldn’t trust, trying to make the best of what was clearly a nightmare vacation. Choosing this company was a huge mistake, leading to a terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The guide provided to us was completely uninformed and offered no explanations about our surroundings. Frequently, the guide would tell us to "go and take a walk" and didn't even accompany us. When we approached agent Anna about this issue, her response was incredibly rude and shocking. Avoid getting a guide from here. You deserve to have a pleasant experience and be treated with respect.

Wir, eine Gruppe von 16 Freunden, reisten im September dieses Jahres nach Georgien. Die georgische Reisegesellschaft hat sich um alles Technische gekümmert: Hotels, Transport, Reiseleiter, Restaurants und die allgemeine Begleitung. Alles war äußerst professionell, kompetent und super freundlich. Wir sind begeistert von diesem Land und besonders von den Menschen, die unsere Reise interessant und komfortabel gemacht haben.
