This agency is fantastic! We enjoyed an amazing 5-day journey to Kazbegi and Kutaisi with Ana, our knowledgeable and friendly guide, and David, our skilled driver. Ana's expertise in Georgian history and culture was impressive, and she was attentive to our needs throughout the tour. David was a great driver, leading us through beautiful local roads at a comfortable speed. Although he didn't speak English, he interacted with us through Ana and made our visit to Kutaisi unforgettable. The service and travel suggestions were excellent. "Georgia at a Glance" is ideal for those with limited time wanting to explore Georgia's highlights. There's an excellent walking tour of Tbilisi's old town and visits to stunning monasteries in the countryside, especially the Gergeti Monastery with Mount Kazbegi in the backdrop on clear days. The tour also includes a visit to the Stalin Museum in Gori. The agency was prompt in responding to inquiries, and our driver greeted us at the airport. The guided tour strikes a great balance between planned activities and free time. Highly recommended for a 4-5 day visit to Georgia.

Visiting this region for the first time was an excellent experience. Although it's not widely known, Georgia is truly beautiful. The lush mountain greenery is like a paradise. Mestia and Ushguli won our hearts, despite the rain in Ushguli. The watch towers there felt magical and captivating. Without a doubt, it's a hidden treasure. We'll definitely recommend it to friends. Meeting Yuriy at the local office was also a bonus, as he helped plan our itinerary. The assistance with laundry was much appreciated. Without the guidance, we would have been lost. Our drivers and guides were dependable and very kind. They shared a wealth of knowledge about the country's history and culture. We're looking forward to another trip with this agency in the near future.

It's impossible to get through on the phone, and they ignore WhatsApp for a week. The place looks like an apartment, and though there's a sign, no one answers the door. Do not trust them!

Кети провела для нас замечательную экскурсию по Тбилиси и познакомила с семейной винодельней. Она действительно сделала наш отпуск незабываемым.

Ana was instrumental in organizing an amazing three-week adventure for us through Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia for April. She proved to be knowledgeable, supportive, and highly responsive. We felt the itinerary hit the right balance between natural beauty and cultural experiences. When it became obvious that the trip couldn’t go ahead due to COVID-19, Ana and the team were exceptionally understanding. They refunded our entire deposit without any complications. We are eager to plan our trip with them as soon as travel resumes. We previously enjoyed an incredible month-long tour with them in Central Asia and are excited for them to handle our upcoming Caucasus journey, hopefully in 2021.

Our trip was perfectly planned until COVID disrupted everything. Working with Avtandil was a pleasure, as I’m quite particular about our travel needs. Having traveled a lot, I can say I was REALLY excited for our customized journey. When COVID threw a wrench in our plans, they quickly refunded our deposit, which impressed us with the swift return to our account. After dealing with various tour companies over the years, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Once the COVID situation improves and international travel resumes, we will book the same tour as soon as possible.

The service exceeded all my expectations, even though I didn't get to experience the trip itself. After planning everything for weeks with the very efficient and responsive agency in Tbilisi (Mariam), we had to cancel because of the pandemic. We had already paid the full amount. To our surprise, they offered to refund the entire sum, and they did it promptly. This speaks well of the agency's financial health. We hope to visit Georgia with them soon.

The Silk Road journey is intense, starting around 8-9 in the morning and wrapping up by 6 in the evening. There's a lot of moving from place to place and time spent on the bus, but that's part of the plan. It's a well-organized tour through eight countries in a month. We felt that we truly experienced the highlights of each area, making the trade-off of a rest day for a new adventure worthwhile. Bak, who led the Central Asia portion, and Anna, who handled the Caucasus segment, were impressively knowledgeable and attentive to the group's needs. The local guides brought passion and insight, making bus rides interesting and educational. Hotels varied from comfortable to elegant, all showcasing the regional style. Those who opted for single rooms seemed more content, as it's important to have some downtime to oneself during long social days. I joined the trip for the Silk Road history, but discovered much more, learning about the evolution of science, art, and religion in the region. Understanding how each country adjusted post-USSR added depth to the trip's appeal. Although I usually travel independently, I chose this group tour because organizing it solo seemed daunting and possibly unsafe. Without knowledge of local languages or Russian, and unsure about border crossings, I appreciated the local expertise. The tour leaders managed potentially stressful border crossings smoothly. Despite experiencing a higher safety level than expected, I’d still recommend this group tour.

Участие в мастер-классах по приготовлению чурчхелы и хлеба доставило удовольствие благодаря приветливому и приятному гиду. Винодельня Schuchmann была очень профессиональной, еда там вкусная. Tsinandali и резиденция произвели меньшее впечатление, так как было многолюдно, и пришлось бы ждать 40 минут для экскурсии. Гидов, говорящих по-английски, в момент нашего приезда не было, так как они были заняты с грузинскими посетителями. Но сад там был прекрасный.
