Mural "Calamari" by Kuba (NIKO Street Art)

On the facade of a building in Tbilisi there is a monumental mural created by artist Kuba as part of the second annual NIKO festival. A bright composition in the style of surrealism enlivens the urban space with its unusual plot: a giant squid, as if emerging from the depths, wraps its massive tentacles around the windows of the house. The main elements of the work stand out with the contrast of black and white against the warm peach color of the walls. The yellow eye of the sea creature is especially eye-catching, creating the feeling that the squid is closely watching everything that happens around. The artist successfully integrated elements of the facade - windows and doors - into his work, which gives it even greater dynamics and uniqueness.
