Mural "Champions" by Pablo (NIKO Street Art)

The mural called “Champions” was created by Pablo (NIKO Street Art) for the NIKO Movement street art festival. The image is applied to the surface of a courtyard basketball court. The mural depicts two basketball players in dynamic poses with the ball, rendered in black and white, contrasted with a vibrant background of yellow, blue and pink.

On both sides of the court are the faces of athletes with numbers 6 and 11, and in the center there is a basketball and the year 1972, likely referencing an important date in sports history. The inscription in Georgian, which is located at the bottom and top of the mural, adds local flavor and connects the sports theme with the local culture.
