Although the staff's English is quite limited, the store offers a great range of high-quality products at reasonable prices. Surprisingly, they also provided a well-printed and detailed invoice, which is very helpful and rather uncommon in Tbilisi. I highly recommend it!

The female staff is downright disrespectful and constantly gives me weird looks when I pick up items I've already paid for. It's like they despise everyone instead of showing any gratitude.

Здесь всегда нахожу нужные арт материалы: бумага, краски, особенно радует наличие Winsor&Newton, уголь, простые холсты и блокноты, а также разнообразная канцелярия. Единственное, чего не хватает, — это хорошего выбора профессиональных кистей.

Очень разочарован отношением персонала. Мне сказали, что мой заказ не будет готов, так как сегодня выходной, а вчера было воскресенье, и они не работали (хотя магазин открыт каждое воскресенье и сегодня тоже работал). Если они не работают по выходным, пусть тогда закроют магазин. В итоге оказалось, что мой заказ был готов, и они просто грубили без причины. Потратил время и нервы. Никаких извинений. Не рекомендую!

Обожаю это место! Часто покупаю здесь школьные принадлежности. Выбор огромный! В магазине два этажа, и можно найти товары как по доступной, так и по высокой цене. Всем советую.

I like buying stationery here, but it gets a bit annoying when employees follow me around. The items are slightly expensive, though still within reach.

The store offers a wide selection of products, but it's frustrating how the staff always follows you. I've visited twice, and both times an employee was constantly behind me, which made the shopping experience less enjoyable.
