Ужасное обслуживание, раздевалки в удручающем состоянии. В зале мало места, часто бывает очень тесно. Половина кабинок сломана и грязь повсюду. От слова "премиум" здесь только высокие цены. Не стоит тратить время, деньги и нервы.

Столкнулся с абсолютно хамским поведением от администрации этого фитнес-центра. Меня буквально заставили прервать тренировку и покинуть зал. Оказывается, туда пускают собак, а у меня аллергия на их шерсть. Когда я обратился к администратору, мне сказали, что если мне не нравится, я могу уйти, никто меня здесь не держит. Затем администраторша спросила, русский ли я. Когда я ответил утвердительно, меня предупредили, что могут разбить голову. Хожу в этот зал уже более полутора лет. Отказались вернуть деньги за абонемент. Проживаю в Грузии четыре года, и впервые столкнулся с дискриминацией по национальному признаку именно в этом фитнес-центре. Спустя три недели попыток разрешить вопрос доступа в клуб для человека с инвалидностью и встреч с руководством, ситуация не изменилась. Приоритет отдают собаке, так что теперь мне туда не попасть, и за неиспользованный абонемент деньги не возвращают. Я был лояльным клиентом, оставил в клубе 4400 лари, плюс около 3000 за абонемент жены. Благодаря ужасному менеджменту мы переходим в другой зал.

Had I checked the reviews beforehand, I might have avoided signing a contract. The high price and prime location led me to expect much better service quality. Unfortunately, my experience with onboarding was disappointing. Nothing was explained, and the staff appeared arrogant and distant during my visits. Unlike other gyms, classes would be canceled if not enough people signed up, which meant constantly checking throughout the day if they would happen. I found more affordable gyms nearby offering better value. When I tried to cancel my contract within 24 hours, my request was denied. Positively, the gym was very clean, and the equipment was in good condition. However, for a “premium” gym, it was overpriced and poorly managed. Overall, the negative aspects outweighed any positives.

I tried to get a subscription, but they turned me away without explanation, saying it was full. However, the place didn't seem that crowded. 😔

I initially subscribed because it was conveniently located, but I was disappointed with what I found. Despite being advertised as a "Premium" gym, it really doesn't meet such standards. The customer service is quite disappointing, offering no guidance for new members, leaving you to figure out where things are on your own. The equipment isn't particularly clean, and space is limited for exercising comfortably. I wouldn't call this place “Premium” at all. Think carefully before purchasing a membership here.

I've been going to the gym in King David Residence for three months, and I'm really happy with everything. The place is big, clean, and has all the modern equipment you'd need, including machines and free weights. The team working there is friendly and always ready to help, while the trainers are professional and really know their stuff. They offer different classes like boxing, Zumba, spinning, and yoga, fitting for various fitness levels and goals. The gym is part of the King David complex, which has great amenities like a sauna, pool, restaurant, and cafeteria. The location is easy to get to and offers an amazing view of the city. Membership fees are fair, and they often have deals and promotions, like the Black Friday discount I snagged. It's truly one of the best gyms in Tbilisi. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to boost their health and fitness. It's a fantastic place to exercise, relax, and enjoy yourself. I'd appreciate it if you gave my review a thumbs up. 😊🌹

Бывали в бассейне с красивым видом. Из плюсов - прекрасные пейзажи. Однако минусов обнаружилось больше:

1Вода в бассейне слишком холодная (25 градусов), из-за чего ребенок быстро замерзает.
2Присутствует курение повсюду: как со стороны посетителей, так и со стороны персонала.
3В раздевалке отсутствует фен для сушки волос.
4Посещение в будний день сопровождается очень громкой музыкой вокруг бассейна, что мешает расслабиться.

В зале отличное оборудование и красивый вид из окна, но это, к сожалению, все его плюсы. Слишком часто зал не открывается в заявленное время - 7 утра, несмотря на утверждения администрации. На рецепции почти все девушки кажутся равнодушными и не заинтересованными в том, чтобы ответить на вопросы посетителей. Касательно уборки, она проводится, когда посетители уже в зале, что может быть неприятным, с обмыванием и обметыванием вокруг занимающихся людей.

It's ridiculous that there's no water cooler here. Other gyms offer this basic amenity, so you don't have to buy expensive water or bring your own. The lack of attention to detail is disappointing. The toilets are dirty, and when I suggested to the manager that they install a water fountain, they acted like I was crazy.

I got a 3-month membership in December, thinking it would be worth the cost. I went once and decided never to return. It was overcrowded, stuffy, and filthy. The lockers and showers were in terrible condition. I tried to get a refund after my one visit, but there’s no refund policy. Honestly, it's my fault for spending 600-700 GEL without checking it out first.

Overpriced and terrible service.

Las instalaciones son de primera, y cuentan con un gran equipo de entrenadores. Las máquinas están en excelente estado y la limpieza es impecable, lo cual es muy apreciado. Ofrecen bonitas vistas, y aunque el precio es elevado, realmente lo vale. Además, hay una pequeña piscina, pero el acceso a ella se paga aparte. Lo recomiendo.

Рядом с фитнес-центром находится спа. Никогда не идите туда на массаж! Я пришла туда в хорошем самочувствии и настроена позитивно, а ушла с болью в шее, спине и голове. Сложилось впечатление, что массажист либо самоучка, либо прошёл ускоренные курсы. К тому же, они так и не поинтересовались, как я себя чувствую и удобно ли мне. Терапевт даже не помыла руки перед началом массажа. Когда закончила, просто сказала: "мы закончили," — взяла телефон и вышла, не уточнив, понравилось ли мне и куда идти дальше. Такой низкий уровень обслуживания за такие деньги я не ожидала. Разочарование и риск для здоровья — шея болела ещё два дня.

Оборудование хорошее, а из окон открывается красивый вид. На этом преимущества заканчиваются. Зал часто не открывается в заявленные 7 утра, хотя администрация заявляет обратное. Девушки на ресепшене в основном с безразличным видом и не заинтересованы в общении с посетителями. Уборка проводится, когда люди уже занимаются, что создает неудобства.

Great spot.

Тренажёры в порядке, но заведение и близко не соответствует премиум-классу и своей цене. Поломки могут ремонтировать месяцами, туалет видавший виды, и чистота оставляет желать лучшего. Я здесь только из-за удобного расположения, но продлевать абонемент не планирую — оно того не стоит.

Es un gimnasio muy bien equipado. Hay muchos instructores capacitados para diferentes tipos de entrenamientos. El precio es un poco alto, pero vale la pena.

The gym is adequate, with decent equipment. As for the pool, it's okay but nothing remarkable.

I enjoyed this gym a lot. The daily rate might not be the cheapest, but it's definitely reasonable considering the excellent facilities. I was able to stick to my three-day pull, push, legs routine and always found the equipment I needed. The only downside was that the dumbbells only went up to 36kg—it would have been great to have 40, 45, and 50kg options. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The pool area is extremely basic, and there are more staff than guests around it, none of whom seem to care about their behavior. The bar staff lacks professionalism, and the toilets and showers are dirty. It feels more like a public pool than a pool club in a so-called luxury residential area. The only redeeming quality was the more than professional and friendly receptionist.

Посетили бассейн. Плюсы — красивый вид. Минусов все же больше: вода в бассейне довольно холодная, всего 25 градусов, ребенок быстро замерз. Везде курят — и посетители, и персонал. В раздевалке нет фена, поэтому волосы не высушить. Пришли в будний день, и около бассейна музыка играла слишком громко, расслабиться не получилось.

The gym is excellent, but a monthly fee of 275 GEL seems quite high.

Excellent gym. Though pricey, it’s definitely worth it. Offers stunning panoramic views. Features top-notch equipment in fantastic condition. The air conditioning is superb. The showers are also really good.
